Winter Season 2025

How can we keep our bodies moving and our minds healthy in the offseason?

While we take a break between our fall and spring programs, we’re excited to bring families a fun new way to stay active at home. Our virtual winter season is filled with simple, kid-friendly activities you can do right in your living room, backyard, or wherever you have space to move.

If your child enjoys following along  workout videos, here are a few for future reference!

  • Choose 5 exercises 

    • Exercises completed in this video: run up stairs, 30 second plank, 30 jumping jacks, 25 crunches, 20 burpees

  • 3 exercises, 3 times

    •  Exercises completed in this video: touching toes and reaching for the sky, squat jumps, planks

  • 6 exercises, 3 times

    • Exercises completed in this video: crunches, forward lunges, calf raises, squats, 30 second plank, burpees
