My name is Claudia and I am a second year Med Student at the College of Charleston / MUSC. I went to the University of South Carolina for my undergrad where I studied Exercise Science. I ran Cross Country and Track for USC and I graduated from there in 2024. Outside of school and running, I love to try new coffee spots, go to the beach, travel, and spend time with family & friends!

Hi there! My name is Cayden Crismon and I am a rising senior at the College of Charleston. My major is Biology and I aspire to work in the Women’s Health field in the future! I run the 5k and 10k on the XC/ Track and Field teams! I love staying active by going to the beach, wake surfing, and being social!

Community Engagement

My name is Emma and I am a second year medical student at The Medical University of South Carolina. I graduated from Notre Dame in May 2024 where I was a thrower on the women’s track and field team. I majored in Biochemistry and Theology while at Notre Dame, and now I am in my second year of medical school at MUSC. In my free time, I love spending time working out with friends, enjoying sunsets on the beach, and spending time with my family. I am so excited to bring this great opportunity to the Charleston Community! 

Season Planning

My name is Emily and I am a Senior at the College of Charleston / MUSC majoring in Biology with Biomedical concentration. I'm a 100m and 400m hurdler on the Track team and in my free time I love to travel to new cities, paint, and scuba dive. Running has been an outlet for me to develop discipline, build community, and grow as a person. As a student-athlete on the pre-med track, I’m passionate about preventive medicine and believe that access to healthcare and education should start early and be available to everyone. Run Your City gives me the opportunity to promote wellness in a way that’s active, inclusive, and impactful—empowering others while continuing my own journey.

Impact

I'm currently a second year medical student at MUSC, and I went to undergrad at Furman University where I majored in Spanish. I ran cross country and track at Furman where my primary event was the steeplechase, and in my free time now I still love to run, as well as hike, read, cook, and spend time with friends and family.
