Nuestra misión es ayudar a los niños a desarrollar confianza, adoptar hábitos saludables y sentirse inspirados. Como estudiantes-atletas de la University of South Carolina, nuestro objetivo es garantizar que el deporte sea accesible para todos los niños, independientemente de su nivel socioeconómico o capacidad. ¡Nuestro capítulo lleva 2 temporadas y estamos entusiasmados de comenzar este otoño! Anya Arroyo
President
Hi! My name is Anya and i’m President of RYC Columbia!!! I’m apart of the Honors college at UofSC and I am majoring in Neuroscience. With the intentions of going to PA school! I run both Cross Country and Track for UofSC, and want to run the top 6 biggest world marathons post collegiate career. I love to paint in my free time and have a kitten named Lola! My favorite thing about RYC is building connections with all the kiddos. I fully believe everyone can be a runner no matter what their capabilities are, I hope to share my love for running with the younger generations!

Hi! My name is Caitlin Gemmill, and I competed on the Cross Country and Track team at the University of South Carolina. I graduated with a degree in Biology and am completing my second degree in Public Health this December. I am currently taking a gap year before medical school and work as a medical assistant and tutor. In my free time, I love making coffee, spending time with family and friends, and playing with my dogs! I'm super excited to stay involved with Run Your City after graduation!

In my free time I enjoy day trips to the beach, going to 7 brew, reading, walking, baking, tanning, and spending time with my friends! I am currently in the process of writing a scoping literature review to then be published in a Medical journal.
